What is the toughest accountant problem you’ve tackled? How did you handle it?
People management is one of the toughest accountant problems I face on an ongoing basis and generally stems from understanding and expectation. Generally, failing to understand the needs and the business or individual will create problems. Setting proper expectations allows concise understanding of my client’s needs to better manage challenging situations.
How do you define success?
Success is defined by who I was able to help daily even if it is only one person.
