How quickly the technology changes our lives and takes it to a new level where you can do your routine work better and much faster.
What would you most like to tell yourself at age 13?
If you have a dream, fight for it. Doesn’t matter how many times you get rejected or you fall down. Stand up, be brave and keep going!
What is the toughest accountant problem you’ve tackled? How did you handle it?
During a situation that arose, the client was a brand new business owner and had always filed taxes on his own previously. Through discussing his new business and understanding exactly what he is doing, I was able to relate to him and calm his worries.
How did you overcome the challenge?
We spoke about what expenses he had such as food inventory (he had a food truck) and what documents he would need to provide us for this. We were able to complete the return and the experience was made streamlined for the client.
How do you define success?
Success is being able to make a difference in someone else’s life.
What do you enjoy most about working for 1-800Accountant?
Working for 1-800Accountant, I am able to do this and make a change for many clients each day. This is an amazing opportunity.
