1-800Accountant Client Check-In Gift Card Raffle

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor 

This raffle ("Raffle") is sponsored by 1-800Accountant ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility 

Open to current 1-800Accountant clients, age 18 or older, who complete the Client Check-In during the entry period stated in the invitation email. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period 

Entries are accepted from July 17th through July 31st ("Entry Period"). Entries received outside this window will not be counted.

4. How to Enter 

Complete the Client Check-In in full using the link provided in the invitation email. One completed Client Check-In equals one entry. Limit one entry per client/household. No alternate method of entry is available.

5. Prizes 

Four (4) prizes of a $100 gift card each will be awarded (total prize pool: $400). The gift card brand/retailer will be disclosed at the time of notification. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or substitutable, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection 

Winners will be selected at random by Sponsor from among all eligible completed Client Check-In entries, in a random drawing conducted after the Entry Period closes. Winner selection is entirely random and has no relationship whatsoever to the content, substance, or nature of any individual's responses. Providing favorable, unfavorable, or neutral feedback has no effect — positive or negative — on the odds of winning.

7. Odds of Winning 

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

8. Winner Notification 

Winners will be notified by email at the address associated with their client account within 14 business days of the drawing. Winners may be asked to confirm eligibility. If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 5 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected in the same random manner.

9. Publicity & Data Use 

Responses will be used solely for internal service-improvement purposes and will not be used to determine, influence, or affect raffle outcomes in any way. Winners' names may be used internally for prize fulfillment records only, unless additional consent is obtained for any public acknowledgment.

10. General Conditions 

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Raffle if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Raffle. Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of this Raffle are final and binding.
