How do I change my payment method in my account?

Login to your 1-800Accountant Portal, and go to the billing section to update your payment method. The billing section can be accessed in the top-right corner in the dropdown with your name. You can also reach out to your team in the message center with additional questions related to your payment method.

How many payments have I made?

Go to the billing section in your 1-800Accountant Portal and select “Payments” to view a detailed listing of each payment you’ve made.

How can I see my balance?

Go to the billing section of your 1-800Accountant Portal to view your balance. The center of the screen will populate with data. Your balance may be viewed on the right side of the window.

What do I do if I have an unpaid invoice?

Go to the “My Invoices” tab located in the billing section of your 1-800Accountant portal. You can submit payment immediately if it’s overdue. If it’s not overdue, you can view the invoice in the same section and pay it early if you choose.

How am I notified about my renewal?

You will receive an email notice 2-4 weeks before your renewal month.

What’s the cost of my renewal?

Login to your 1-800Accountant Portal, and go to the billing section to view subscription information. The billing section is found under your name drop down in the upper right corner. You can also submit a billing request form to confirm your renewal cost.

How do I cancel my subscription(s)?

To cancel your subscription(s), please submit a billing request form. A member of our billing team will contact you to confirm your cancellation and any potential refund you’re eligible for.

Can I cancel my subscription if it’s been over 30 days since I purchased services?

Yes, but you will not be eligible for a prorated refund after the 30-day window has closed. If the services are unused, they will be available to you for up to 12 months from the purchase date.

If I paid already, why am I prompted for payment when I go to submit my taxes?

Please submit a billing request form, and a member of our billing team will confirm your active subscriptions to our services.

Why am I being charged $29.99/$39.99 each month?

That monthly charge is for your access fee. It covers all the features within your 1-800Accountant Portal.

Why was I charged without my authorization?

We notify each customer 2-4 weeks prior to their renewal month. Please check your spam folder to ensure you receive important notifications from 1-800Accountant.

Why was I double-charged?

Please submit a billing request form and provide details regarding your invoice. If it is determined that you have been charged twice for a service, you will receive a refund.
