How do I send a message to my accounting team?

The message center in your 1-800Accountant Portal is where you can send and receive messages with your accounting team. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days but the response time may vary during tax season volume due to high volume of messages.

How do I log in to my 1-800Accountant Portal?

Use our homepage to log in to your 1-800Accountant Portal. Your username is the email associated with your account. If you’re a first-time user, please refer to your registration email with a link to set up your account and password. If your password has already been created, you can use the reset feature to update your credentials and access the Portal.

How do I reschedule my discovery appointment?

Login to your 1-800Accountant Portal, and go to the discovery appointment in the calendar to reschedule. You can also call us at 1 (800) 222-6868 and select Option 1 to reschedule.
